Refunds

Smythe and Barrie will exchange or provide a full refund on your purchase either before or up to 28 days following the day of delivery if the goods are returned to us as set out below, unopened and in original packaging complete with any free gifts or accessories provided.

This does not affect your consumer rights and if you open the goods to inspect them, you can still cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7* working days following the day the goods are delivered.

In all cases the goods must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition. Prior to issuing a refund or exchange Smythe and Barrie will inspect any returns and reserve the right to deduct any missing accessories from the refund.

An indication of the charges for missing accessories:

• Charges /Adaptor: £50 ex Vat
• Headphones: £30 ex Vat
• Instruction Manual: £20 ex Vat
• Lead: £30 ex Vat
• Media Card: £50 ex Vat
• Memory stick: £50 ex Vat
• Remote Control: £65 ex Vat
• Product Stands missing or incomplete will be charged at the full replacement cost of the stand plus 25% handling fees
• Miscellaneous: £15 ex Vat.

In following our terms and conditions we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the goods and any delivery and installation charge you paid.

Refunds take 3 - 5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

*working days include Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
